A sourced list of publicly announced acquisitions of Oracle NetSuite partners, SuiteApp developers and NetSuite-focused services firms since 2019, with analysis of who is buying.

Laurent Capital Research | Updated

Key findings

  • We verified 34 acquisitions of NetSuite-focused businesses announced between 2019 and October 2026, each against a press release or news report linked in the table.
  • Accounting and advisory firms were the most frequent buyers, with 13 of 34 deals (38%); in 5 of those the acquirer had a named private equity or minority investor.
  • 18 of the 34 deals (53%) were announced from January 2024 onward; 2026 covers January to October only.
  • 6 acquirers appear more than once: Zone & Co (5), Armanino (2), Cooper Parry (2), Evergreen Services Group (Pine Services Group) (2), Fusion5 (2), Oracle (NetSuite) (2).
  • 16 of the 34 targets were based outside the United States (Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, the Netherlands and Finland), where the source states a location. Deal values were rarely disclosed, so this tracker counts transactions rather than dollars.

2026 covers January to October. Counts reflect deals we could verify from public sources, not the full market; older announcements are harder to find online, so earlier years are likely undercounted more than recent ones.

Accounting firms that are themselves backed by private equity are counted as accounting / advisory firms; the sponsor is shown in the table.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a NetSuite ecosystem acquisition in this tracker?

The acquisition of a business whose primary activity is built on Oracle NetSuite: an implementation or consulting partner, a NetSuite managed-services or outsourced accounting firm, a NetSuite integration boutique, or a software company whose product is built primarily for NetSuite. Firms for which NetSuite is a minor line among several ERPs are excluded.

Why are some well-known deals missing?

We only include transactions we could confirm from a public source that we read, such as a press release, the acquirer’s news page or a trade publication. Deals that were announced only privately, or that we could not confirm, are left out. If you know of a public announcement we missed, tell us and we will review it.

Does the tracker include deal values?

No. Almost none of these transactions disclosed a price, and we do not estimate undisclosed values.

Are the counts complete?

No. They are a floor, not a census. Many small acquisitions in the NetSuite ecosystem are never announced. The analysis describes the verified dataset only.

Methodology and sources

Laurent Capital Research compiled this dataset from public sources in October 2026. We searched press-release wires, acquirer and target news pages and trade publications (accounting, channel and IT press) for acquisitions of NetSuite-focused businesses announced from January 2019 to October 2026, in the United States and abroad. Each candidate was kept only if we read a source confirming the transaction and the target’s NetSuite focus; the source and its publisher are recorded for every row. The fields (date, target, acquirer, acquirer type, target type, location) were read from each source by a language model into a fixed schema and reviewed.

Dates are announcement dates (or effective dates where only those were published). Acquirer type reflects the acquirer at the time of the deal. Accounting firms and finance and accounting advisory firms (for example Riveron, CrossCountry Consulting and WilliamsMarston) are grouped as accounting / advisory firms, including those backed by private equity; where a source names a sponsor or minority investor, it is shown. Software companies that buy SuiteApps are grouped as software companies even when PE-backed. Team lift-outs and carve-outs of a NetSuite practice are included when the source describes them as an acquisition or a combination. A private equity investment of undisclosed size (Columbia River Partners in Business Solution Partners, 2023) and a UK partner whose business spans NetSuite, Sage and other products (Eureka Solutions, 2025) were reviewed and excluded. Deals announced before 2019, deals we could not confirm from a source we read, and acquisitions of multi-ERP firms for which NetSuite is a minor line are excluded. Deal values are not reported because almost none were disclosed. The counts are a lower bound on activity, not a census.
