Who we serve in the NetSuite ecosystem
NetSuite Solution Providers
Partners that resell NetSuite and implement it. Their value combines a customer base, implementation capacity and resale economics tied to Oracle program terms.
Alliance Partners and NetSuite consultancies
Firms that implement, optimize and integrate NetSuite without reselling it, including the NetSuite practices of accounting and advisory firms.
SuiteCloud Developer Network ISVs
Software companies that build SuiteApps on Oracle’s SuiteCloud platform, valued on recurring revenue and on how well the product is built for NetSuite.
Managed services and outsourced accounting
Firms that run NetSuite for clients on monthly retainers: administration, development and support, or accounting and controller services delivered on NetSuite.
Integration and technical boutiques
Specialists in NetSuite integrations, SuiteScript development, data migration and reporting, often with reusable accelerators or connectors.
Acquirers building in NetSuite
Private equity platforms, accounting firms, consultancies, global IT services firms and software companies adding NetSuite capability through acquisition.
Why the ecosystem is consolidating
Oracle acquired NetSuite in 2016 in a transaction it valued at approximately $9.3 billion. NetSuite now describes itself as supporting over 44,000 customers in 220 countries and territories, and Oracle reported NetSuite Cloud ERP revenue of $1.1 billion for its third fiscal quarter of 2026, up 14% in US dollars. A growing installed base means more implementations, more optimization work and more customers who want someone to run NetSuite for them.
That work is delivered largely by partners. NetSuite’s partner pages list Solution Providers, which sell and deliver NetSuite and provide implementation and ongoing support; Alliance Partners, which work alongside NetSuite’s sales team on consulting, integration and implementation; BPO partners, which provide outsourced accounting on NetSuite; and SuiteCloud Developer Network members, which build SuiteApps. Most of these firms are founder-owned and small relative to the buyers now looking at them.
Several forces appear to be drawing capital into the ecosystem. Accounting and advisory firms, many of them now backed by private equity, are building technology consulting and outsourced accounting practices, and NetSuite expertise serves both. Private equity platforms are assembling multi-region NetSuite partners. Software companies are buying SuiteApps to reach NetSuite customers. NetSuite itself runs a Private Equity Practice program for investors. And Oracle’s 2025 SuiteCloud announcements on AI agents and developer tools raise the bar for investment in skills and products, which favors larger firms. These are our observations, not a forecast.
In our NetSuite deal tracker, which counts only transactions we could verify from a public announcement, the acquirers include private equity firms and PE-backed platforms (4 of 34, 12%), accounting and advisory firms (13 of 34, 38%), consultancies and IT services firms (8 of 34, 24%), software companies (7 of 34, 21%), and Oracle itself (2 of 34, 6%). The tracker is a floor, not a census: many small deals in this ecosystem are never announced.
How we help
For owners and sellers
- Preparing revenue and gross profit by stream, utilization, backlog and consultant data the way buyers will analyze them.
- Reviewing, with your counsel, how the Oracle partner agreement and customer contracts move in a sale, and sequencing Oracle communications.
- Reaching PE-backed platforms, accounting firms, consultancies, offshore services firms and software buyers in one confidential process.
- Negotiating price and structure: cash at close, earn-outs, rollover equity, retention pools and your role after closing.
- For SuiteApp founders, presenting ARR quality and platform risk to software buyers, and separating software from services where that helps.
For acquirers
- Building target lists of founder-owned NetSuite partners and SuiteApp companies from public directories and our own research.
- Approaching owners confidentially on your behalf and qualifying fit, size and willingness to sell.
- Evaluating practices stream by stream and SuiteApps on ARR quality and platform dependency.
- Structuring offers that founders accept and that keep consultants: earn-outs, rollover and retention.
- Supporting diligence, Oracle program questions and integration planning through closing.
